The FIT Experience
is proud of its ongoing partnership with Integrated Health Professionals,
IHP. IHP is the Physical Medicine division of Sparta Medical Associates
with over 15 years of experience in Sussex County. Since The FIT
Experience opened in April 2007, IHP has been involved to provide
a unique medical oversight to the fitness facility where physical
therapists, physicians, chiropractors, nutritionists, personal trainers,
and massage therapists work together to achieve all your health
and fitness goals. In the beginning of your membership, a pre-exercise
screening is administered by a licensed Physical Therapist from
IHP. Your relevant medical history and goals are reviewed, followed
by a general analysis of movement patterns, flexibility, and strength.
This complimentary pre-exercise screen allows The FIT Experience
to offer a unique service to exceed your expectations.
