We focus on all the muscle groups, not just the ones you feel need the most attention. This promotes symmetrical growth. If you are looking to tone up and lose weight, we go beyond the frenzy of low-carb / high-carb, low fat / high-fat, and other confusing diets to unlock the gateway to a healthy weight, increased energy and healthy aging. PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

Our Personal Training packages range from 1, 3, 6, or 12 month commitments.

3 Personal Training Options:

  • 30 MINUTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION:  Get the workout that you have always wanted in a minimum amount of time. Your workout with a certified trainer will guarantee you dramatic results and will leave you feeling motivated, refreshed and energetic!

  • 1 HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION:  Your 1 on 1 personal training session with a Health & Body trainer includes: cardiovascular and resistance training, individual program instruction and active stretching.

  • SEMI – PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION:  Get in shape by yourself or with a friend(s) under the direction of a Health & Body certified trainer. Motivate each other and get the results you always wanted.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

PERFORMANCE TRAINING
This class is designed for athletes from the ages 8-13 years old.

Classes will be held on:
Monday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

To sign up you must:

  • Be willing to have fun and work hard.
  • First session must be scheduled for testing to be placed into a class based on ability and test results. This will ensure that your child will get the most out of his/her class.
  • Classes consist of up to 3 athletes and are specific to your needs in sports
  • Sign a contract committing yourself to 6 - half your speed training classes for $150
