GROUP X CLASSES


Experience over 50 classes a week that are led by enthusiastic and educated instructors. Enrich your workout with classes and programs that get you moving and on your way to achieving the results you want!  Burn calories and have some fun in a variety of our cardio classes - kick boxing to boot camp to Pilates and yoga, you'll sweat in a high-intensity and challenging environment. These classes are included with your membership...or you can pay per class - whatever fits your lifestyle.

CARDIO SCULPT:: Total Body Workout for both muscular strength and endurance.  Continuous movement to great music keeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session.

BOOT CAMP:: You know the drill...anything goes in Boot Camp! Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout through challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training using weights, body bars, steps, calisthenics and much more!

BODY BLAST:: Cardio Fitness and Plyometric Drills in various patterns combined with intervals of weight training for a total body workout and guaranteed results.

STEP:: This multi intensity, low impact workout is designed to strengthen your heart and your mind with combinations and routines sure to burn calories, improve endurance and increase your overall level of fitness.  Includes muscular conditioning, flexibility cool down.

CARDIO KICKBOXING:: This non-stop, non-contact class includes shadow boxing, calisthenics, kickboxing drills and cardio kickboxing combinations.

CARDIO PUMP:: This cardio workout includes a little bit of everything for everyone. Incorporating a wide variety of training methods including step, hi/lo, and kickboxing will be combined in this challenging class.

POWER HOUR:: This challenging cross training workout incorporates strength and aerobic training that will surely improve your fitness level. Includes weights, tubing and various techniques.

SPINNING:: Is a specialized indoor cycling program that will improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.  A strong emphasis on heart rate training.

BODY BURN:: An awesome combination of cardio and strength training to burn off the fat and tighten and tone all over!

TRIPLE TRAINING:: A true combination class.  20-minutes of sculpting, 20-mintues of cardio, and 20-mintues of ROCK HARD ABS!

ON THE BALL:: A fun and challenging combination of resistance and core training while using the resist a ball.

WILLPOWER & GRACE™:: A cardiovascular fusion of calisthenics, dance principles, yoga and Pilates, you will use your own body weight as resistance to tone your muscles. Practice exercises to enhance your posture and walk with more confidence. Created by Stacey Lei Krauss.
